Research Policy

We get many requests for research projects. We are an open collective and make decisions by consensus.  If you are interested in doing research with Khora, first join one of our weekly volunteer inductions. This is an informal meeting to get to know each other, learn about Khora, how we are organized and how we make decisions. You will learn about the various projects we have. It’s also a chance to ask questions. Once you have had an induction and come to a Khora General Assembly and present your research proposal.  We encourage volunteering, donations, workshops, skillshares or other forms of contributing to the khora community in exchange for your research.

The assembly takes place once a month so it might take more than a week to attend both induction and assembly and we understand this might not be possible for you. But if it is, and you would like us to consider your research proposal, you can take the first step and send an email to khora.volunteering@gmail.com to find out when and where you can attend the induction.

Any email inquires sent to Khora should include a completed research form.
